I was wondering how to disable the announcer audio of a sports broadcast if it is broadcast in 5.1 surround sound. Since the announcer feed usually comes out the center. I was wondering is there are way to disable it in VLC?

Hello everyone, I am having an issue when I try to stream this M3U8 file: (http://content.uplynk.com/channel/412b0949b4ad495ebdbdbc10a161309c.m3u8). I get this error message "access_http error: error: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden." Is anyone here familiar with trying to play encrypted M3U8 files...
