Thanks for your answer! I already have the verbose mode enabled, but no error messages. I tried with a video file with the same format than the stream (a record of the stream) and no difference respect the actual stream. The buffer is filled with data (I can see the progress bar of the buffer), but ...

It's like if the size of the input buffer for the transcoding was always zero.
