for some reason my tv doesnt have SBS mode, I can only turn 3d on or off. works fine with 3d blurays though

How do I watch the 3D movies from my pc to my tv? I have a 3d tv and I have a bunch of 3d movies but instead of playing from my bluray/ps3 I want to play it from my PC, the problem is I can't find a way to use any programs to merge SBS so it goes into 3d... ANyone know how? All I can find on these f...
