I'll assume my issue is related and thus continue this thread. Since around the 0.9 nightlies (also pre 0.9), my Nexus 10 didn't always correctly display VIDEO on the HDMI output (sound is working!), usually restarting the video a few times and/or physically reconnecting the screen, however, worked....
