I got the same problem. Why doesn't anyone solve this? I have the new Bose Lifestyle 535 5.1 surround system, and i use VLC Version 2.1.4 Rincewind (Intel 64bit) on my Mac Mini Mid 2010 with OS Maverick version 10.9.2. When I play movies, the center speaker sound comes from the rear left speaker. So...
