I uninstalled 2.1.3 and installed the 2.2.0-git-20140222-0128 Weatherwax version from the "nightlies" link listed above and it works on my Win7 32-bit. I checked VLC on my Win7 64-bit and it works with version 2.1.2 Rincewind; It prompts for the upgrade to 2.1.3 but I declined intending to...
