Did you solve this if you can help because I have the same problem ?

I'm doing a website an it I need to make a window that plays a VLC stream , I can my stream is http://publicip.x.x.x:8082 and I need to have this stream playing on the site any suggestions please because I'm lost I tried examples found on the wiki, but did not work.
