I have no idea how the setup got to be a four speaker set up, nor do I really know how I found the control box which de-selected four channel setting, but there it is....works like a champ now... I can't say thank you enough and apologize for not having a clue how my own computer is...

I upgraded to 2.1.2 and I still have the problem. I've attempted to find the posts for you. Can I just email you the two *.txt files I created with the troubleshooting data instead? (I'm not exactly a rocket scientist with the chat boards....)
