I wasn't able to find this file after installing 2.1.1, but I decided I'll just go back to 2.1.1 since it actually works. Thank you both for the suggestions!Do you have a video that crashes?
Can you try to use VLC 2.1.2 with libavcodec_plugin.dll from 2.1.1 ?
