I have the exact same issues, my setup was an ipad and a WD My Book Live NAS. Strange thing is that it was working perfectly fine (even MKVs) with the Twonky 5.x.x that shipped with the drive, but once I upgraded it to 7.x.x, all files showed as 0.0 mb and nothing would play. Hope the pending update...
