Well and back at the begining, i do have 1250 always, but sometimes it doesn´t work properly and i need to switch to utf8 to avoid "???!!!" etc..

So that means what? That i should just use default 1252 windows (works atm)? Cause western europe 1252 doesn´t work properly either..
