FYI, I uninstalled VCL 2.1.1 and re-installed a very old version, 2.0.6, and it seems to be working just fine.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem after upgrading to 2.1.1. Funny thing is, it worked when I first installed it, then stopped working with exactly the same problems as described after I re-booted. The problems are only on my Windows XP machine. There do not seem to be any problems on my Win7 machi...
