Thanx for that. I uninstalled VLC 2.1.1 and installed 2.0.7 and it's working. Maybe they will get the kinks out in the next version.

I installed the latest full version of K Lite Codec pack and now WMP works but vlc is still scrambled. It was black. Now it Has Green Lines. So it seems to scramble randomly. Any help would be much appreciated. My Mom installed the update with no problems.

Greetings, Today I upgraded to VLC 2.1.1 from 2.1.0. Now all videos played are scrambled. Usually rectangles in vertical rows that are staggered. Audio is normal.
