No, Windows 7 Home Premium. But I've seen people have the same problem on different OS so I put this in General.

I have VLC media player 2.0.8 Twoflower. I followed the instructions here https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=77348&p=254213&hilit=screenshot+width+height#p254213 but i only get a 1x1 screenshot. What do I enter for Width and height to get a large screenshot? Like a 1600x900?
