does anyone know whether the TBS 6991 DVB-S2 tuner card is compatible with VLC on Linux or Windows ??
I wan't transcode and stream directly from the Card to the Internet, is it posible ??
Or can anyone recommend me a compatible DVB-S2 card with CI slot.
