i would like to watch movie not too much near the monitor

i've a curiosity:
is it possible to watch video on pc (win10) monitor by vlc, and hear audio from my android phone (by wifi or bt) using hearphone?

I'am looking for a way to stream video from a website and audiomfrom another (internet radio).
More difficult: audio will must be synchronized ti video stream.
