I know, sorry if i thought the vlc devs would fix this little bug...

A lot of people around the world uses VLC to watch tv shows or anime with subtitles, thats why i thought this issue would have higher priority, sorry again

You have to go fullscreen and go back to get the good resolution subtitles.

Not fixed in 2.1.2, really frustrating, as this is a thing i have to do EVERY time i use VLC...

Yes, it works if i go fullscreen. But have to do it in every video.

Check that you use the Direct3D output and try going fullscreen and back.

So now i have to go full screen and back EVERY time i watch a video? I don't think it should be this way...There's something wrong with 2.1, it was working perfect in 2.0.8.
