Unless you can configure the airport express to share the hDD via UPNP or FTP you cant.

Suggest you read up on UPNP and FTP as you will need to understand it if you want to use it.

I use StartSSL for my certificates, you can get free SSL certs from them and they are now included in a lot of recent certificate authority packs.
