Somebody has stream video from a NAS (whatever the NAS, synology, Qnap...) with succes ?

I just download VLC 2.1 on my iPad and my iPhone. I have a NAS Synology (DS410) who is certificated DLNA. My WD TV Live and my video player see my NAS as an UPNP device. It seems everything work well. I can stream video on both. But with VLC 2.1, my NAS is seen as an UPNP device but when I select it...
