You can loopback the audio into Windows VLC:

You can then play, record or stream as normal.

What do I do with this? Sorry I don't know what any of those letters mean.

All I know is my videos are coming out at about 1 Gb per minute (not a typo...1 Gb) and they should be somewhere around 1 to 10 Mb per minute, roughly.

There is no such menu item. The closest is "Convert/Save" and it doesn't have anything called Transcode Wizard.

Then what do I do? I need a step-by-step walk through.

This could be a mistake too, since we have a LOT of spam and sometime automatic users deletions... And the auto deletion doesn't provide any notification, of any kind, to the banned user?
