Sadly, I'm still not able to open the skins2 plugin. I was thinking, could the issue be with the file path? It includes a tilda.

Edit. That username also doesn't exist.

I uninstalled vlc 2.0.6 and installed 2.0.5 and I'm still getting the same error, could it be an issue with my msys setup?
