As you suggested, I have reset preferences. There is no difference. The right 1/3 of the display continues to be cut off.

I just downloaded VLC 2.06 on Windows 7. When I play a DVD the right side of it is chopped off. Follow the link to see what I should get, and what I actually get.

I have tried modifying aspecct ratio and crop, but no change.

I am having the same problem. When I insert a DVD (I am using commercial DVDs) my mouse sometimes does not show on the screen. When it does show up, the pointer is in a different location from the highlighted option. For example, I point to "play" and nothing is highlighted. When I move my...
