Since some weeks I observe the same problem: when playing any MP3 and clicking Ctrl+I to get the mediainfo, clicking on "fingerprint" always results int the message "No fingerprint has been found".
I use 3.0.18 Vetinari and I miss the fingerprint function. Did you get any help yet?

When searching for a solution to the same task on an Windows 10 PC I ran over this post. Is there a similar possibility for Windows? The purpose ist to to make screenshots every, say 5 minutes of a longer video (mostly movie).
