I've had this same issue a few times, i used to think it was just a bad torrent. Is there a way to fix it? Have about 6 .mkv files that are unplayable at the moment so can someone please help solve the issue.

Do you receive a certain error or can't you find where to add your website? You can add it under your user control panel located here.
