I use Xibo and have a similar application as yours. Would you mind posting the html code used to display on Xibo and the browsers? I have an IIS 7 server with public access I can experiment. I do not have a lot of free time to work on code but do not mind tweeking a line here and there.

I have on Osprey 820e and had no audio when streaming. The Osprey driver in the bat file caused the audio to fail. Set default audio to the Osprey for recording. Eliminate the driver name in the batch and try it.

With DLNA the TV will play only the video files it supports. The TV pulls the file and plays it, you are not streaming to the TV.
