Need: Limit the number of updates to the image on the screen (FPS) when streaming a web cam or video file. Reason: I am using a large (3960x1024) display through remote desktop. when the video is played at full speed it delays (by 2-5s) other screen updates and functionality (i.e. clicking buttons)....
