I did what you said and i still got that problem.
you can upload your VLC folder and i will try to replace them with my VLC folder?

i took skins from here: http://www1.videolan.org/vlc/skins.php
and all of them do the same problem.

I know,but i want to change skin..

After i changed skin and restart vlc i cannot open vlc,I got an error
