Did I hit a hot key or something? I used to have 400% max volume control and now it is only 200% and can not find the hot key to change it back to 400% again, which I prefer.

I deleted the appdata/vlc folder, still full screen with border yet. It then re-asked me permission to connect to the internet and check for media info and look for updates.
