Actually, I just noticed that GPU Acceleration is disabled by default. When I set it to "auto", the video output was "green". Disable it, video plays fine.

Thanks, but I had tried all of your suggestions, except wanting to venture into the Nightly Build-land. So, I downloaded the latest 2.1.0 build, pre3-20130729-0202, and tested with my WMV content after removing the 2.0.7 version. It appears to whatever is going into 2.1.0 fixes my particular issue.
