VLC DVB-T Program Guide does not display Taiwanese big5 character properly.

This TTVHD sample file was recorded using VLC 2.0.5

There are 15 SD and 5 HD DVB-t channels in Taiwan,
only TTVHD use special format that VLC can not play.
