This is happening on all MKV files not specific files, so I would assume this is a software/settings error rather then something to do with the file itself? It also does not happen at the same part twice, I cannot really make it happen, it just tends to happen randomly. sometimes I can make it happe...

Anyone who can help me fix this?

When you click the speaker in your toolbar, click mixer at the bottom and make sure the individual VLC volume under "applications" is maxed and not down.

Yes it is an MKV file, I have tried with both GPU decoding on and off and get it with both.

Yeah, I actually had this problem on an old version then it went away with updating, and it has recently come back with the past few updates I think.

I am constantly having problems with the image of videos blurring/merging on sudden changes for example :

How do I fix this?
