Thank you for the nightlies link. I downloaded the 2.0.6 and 2.1.0 nightlies from 12/31/2012 and the 2.1.0 nightly does resolve the issue. The 2.0.6 version does not.

So once 2.1.0 is out, the general public will get the fix.

I just installed 2.0.5 (Mac) and this issue persists. Is the patch set for this in the GIT repo or is it still a work in progress?
