Yes, it does. If there isn't a fix, I'll just go with the 32bit build. It seems like a weird bug though.

I've search around and haven't found anyone with the same problem. Since I've upgraded to 2.0.4 64bit, VLC has been outputting unopenable PNG's for the snapshots. JPG's work just fine, but I prefer PNG's because the JPG's seem to come with a lot of artifacts. Does anyone know how to find the problem...
