I tried to record an online radio stream, but there was no output saved. By the Messages/debug output I found that it had composed a horrible, more than 300 characters length, filename. That's why it had failed to create the file.

Please fix the algorithm to compose a valid filename.

When playing a WMA file the artist name in player is wrong, it displays beginning of name of the track instead.

But the new UI is still clunky. For example the audio player panel is too small and aligned to the top right corner of the screen (8" 1920x1200 in portrait mode) so you can hardly touch the buttons or use the tiny volume slider (shorter than one centimeter) on touch screen.

I can confirm the 3.1.1 version has resolved the issue.

Current VLC version no longer starts on Windows 10 Mobile devices (build 14393.448). There are similar reports in Store comments by other users. Previous 2.0.0.0 version worked. EDIT uninstall and re-install from Store fixed it, the version remains the same : 2.0.0.0. I think I have seen this issue ...
