I don't want to capture video for editing or streaming, I just want to sit with the tablet in hand and watch video from a wireless cam that is received by a receiver that has composite A/V and RCA connectors, it would be connected to a USB capture device, this one connected to the tablet's USB input...

If I find a USB video capture device that can capture A/V composite (RCA connector) and works with Linux, may I capture video in my tablet using Android 4?
