I solved my problem choosing UNICODE encoding in notepad and default in VLC, but if work with utf-8 for you Great !!

are you using terminal server to manage the capture machine ? you must use the capture machine directly.

I am using the 110i for multicast with vlc, the key is open another program, like nsvcap.exe (from nsvtools) first and preview. Then close the other program, and open vlc, but choose device properties and tunner properties in direct show tab, advanced options.
