I can't D/L VLC from GooglePlay because it tells me the app is not allowed in my country. I'm guessing this is because I have a Chinese (Onda vi40) tablet, even though I'm sitting in the good old USA, as is my Google account. Does anyone know whether this is a bug at VLC's end or at Google's place? ...
