Streaming to workstation behind NAT - is it possible? Any hint? http or something?

I would like to stream pint A to point B and point B to point A useing UDP and the same port. In A point there is a NAT and in B point there is NAT also, but when I use the same port i thing it should work - what do you think about it?

I read that for Windows Media Player I should stream with this option:

--sout '#transcode{vcodec=DIV
3,vb=296,scale=1,acodec=mp3,ab=32,channels=2}:std{access=mmsh,mux=asfh,dst=:80}'


but I would like to stream with WMA2? How to set WMA2?

When I press ctrl-c in vlc console during streaming vlc will close all connections and exit very nice.

When I do killall vls I will se only terminated. Is it possible to killall with -S option to exit vlc very nice similar to ctrl-c in vlc console?

I am streaming using VLC from Windows media Encoder, sometimes source is unavailable and the VLC is missing connection it seems that in this case VLC don’t connect to the source again.
