Or how do I do it with VirtualBox? The newest Avidemux doesnt support adding subtitles and handbrake adds too much noise

I have a .mkv video and trying to convert it to a MP4. The conversion is working, however, I'm unable to add somes subs to it. I do include the subs file in "Use a subtitles file" then I also tick Subtitles and Overlay subtitles on the video and I choose DVB subtitle for it. Am I doing som...
