I downloaded the file on my device but no better

Does VLC for Android support m3u playlist ?

I am using the latest build (0.0.3) downloaded from the playstore and I'm still not able to open the following network stream:
http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u

Model : Nexus 7
Stock Rom 4.1.1
VLC 0.0.3

nothing happens and no error message.
Any clue ?
