There is "video/raw", but it is only specified over RTP (and VLC does not even yet support raw video over RTP). Your question has no answer. Instead, you should use the format specified at http://wiki.multimedia.cx/index.php?title=YUV4MPEG2 and leave the Content-Type alone, e.g. "app...
