Yes, it looks good. Very simple and comfortable.
May be main playback buttons should be closer to center. And other buttons at both sides or separately. I mean, more conveniently, when "Play" button on center or near.
That's my opinion.
Can you try another arrangement? And show here.

Name this window (which will be with fullscreen mode) "fullscreenController". Like this: <Window id="fullscreenController"> <Layout id="" width="" height=""> ... </Layout> </Window> It will be semitransparent on top of video, while mouse has activity.

"Error : Your skin file has not been copied in the destination file"
Even the preview image upload:
"Error : Your image has not been copied in the destination file"
