Thanks Jean Baptiste, I'm such an idiot, I activated Para-EQ with a tick in the filters list and now it works perfectly

Maybe this Para-EQ option is for future implementation only? Maybe they put it there but didn't write a code to make it work?

Hi, my problem is not directly related to yours, but as I have read you also tried to use the Parametric EQ in VLC, it is kind of "hidden" inside advanced options, so I'm wondering have you managed to get it to work?
