Nevermind! I figured it out. Thanks for the help.

How do I open this file? I've tried Resource Hacker but got nothing. The only result that I have is opening it as a lua coded file in ExtendScript CS5, and even then all I get is a semi-legible explosion of out-of-order strings.

What file should I look into then? Is it VLC/plugins/gui/libqt4_plugin.dll?

I have a customized windows 7 skin that has dark grey menus and white menu text.
