You cannot select one screen, but you can select a subsection.
Ok. How do I select a subsection? Like a region capture? How do I do this?

Trying to get stream my screen, and for now I'm getting it to stream to a file till I can get it to stream to Twitch. When I stream to a file, it's capturing my entire desktop, both monitors. You should be more precise about what you exactly want to do. Streaming as such does not use much of CPU, actually pure streaming (and to record a stream on a file) requires very little CPU and works even on very old computers (e.g. PIII etc.).
