If I may ask one last question in this thread please.
With the attached file there is no PCR sync (pcr flag is always zero), but yet there is still audio-video lips sync when played with VLC.
Does anyone knows how can it be ?

Right I moved to 32 bit version and both worked. Seems like bug in 64 version

After moving from vlc 2.2.1 64 bit to vlc 2.2.1 32-bit ( windows 7) it is OK, in both udp and rtp.
Maybe it is bug in vlc 2.2.1 64-bit ?

1. Does VLC read the aspect ratio as it given in elementary stream(ES) or the aspect ratio in transport stream (TS) ?
2. Does VLC use the given aspect ratio from stream to decide the resolution for display ?
