i have this problem too. the version of vlc is 2.1.4 (x64) (it also happend in x86 version). it happened with large files. files that are sort of 1gb (more or less), works good. i can manually skip to further time and it continue playing from there. in big files(more then 2 gb), the problem still ex...

if i record the whole channels at once(the default behavior of VLC), can i seperate them later, easily, to a different files(each channel to one file of it's own)? thanks a lot mate! it's working :-) now i see that the recorded files are not in the 'My Documents' folder(as it was before), but the video i record is in 'my videos' folder, and if i record music channel, it's saved in the 'My Music' folder. where can i change the folder VLC saves the files? more q...

recording the channel i watch (using DVB-T dongle)

it always recording one default channel(and not the one i'm watching now).

i just want to push the record button and that vlc will record what i'm watchnig, and not the default one :-)
