Hi
I'm settings up remote access fro my phone but after an update of vlc I can't find .host file any more and my phone won't connect to the vlc server.

I'm using latest release of VLC on my xubuntu based HTPC and there is problem with audio. It goes silent in the middle of movie for minute or two and then sound comes back. I'm using Alsa audio output

Hi I'm getting unliseable noise when I play movies over VLC I have tried different audio outputs which works sometimes
flash videos vork fine

I have updated my vlc on htpc which I was accessing trough VLCremote for android but I can't connect to it now, even when I do port scan on that machine it listens on 8080 port
I can't see the host file on it any more
