Thanks for posting the "fix," such as it is. I am having the same problem. I made a minor change to the interface and thereafter the bar would always go to the bottom. I was running an older version about two years old. i'd check the box numerous times, and it would still go to the bottom....

Does it happen wherever you put the fullscreen controller?

Yes. When I drag the controller to various parts of the screen, it behaves the same.

I removed the slider, added two more functions to the controller, then put the slider back into the controller, but it still behaves the same.
