Alright thanks, I'm now googling to find if there's another media player out there that can increase the sound volume beyond the system sound volume and also can play YT videos directly off its url.
Unfortunately, it's back to the drawing board, as VLC shows the same error, even after closing and opening and closing and opening the player.
The video just will not play.

How do I download the video using VLC? Is it using the command Convert/Save? And then choose extension .webm?
